Housing and Livability Deputy
Thomas serves as the Housing and Livability Deputy for Los Angeles City Council District 12, where he plays a key role in addressing community concerns. He oversees issues related to the Department of Building & Safety, code enforcement, housing, and graffiti abatement. By collaborating closely with inspectors and various city departments, Thomas works diligently to find efficient solutions that uphold the safety and integrity of our neighborhoods. He joins the CD12 staff with 30+ years of experience with the city process.
During his career, within his family company; he submitted, managed and completed countless cases throughout the City of Los Angeles and surrounding areas. He is a devoted husband and father, who is extremely proud of his daughter attending USC Marshall School of Business.
