Legislative Director
As Legislative Director, Josh advises Councilmember Lee on all legislative and policy related matters that come before the full City Council as well as the policy committees that Councilmember Lee is a member of: Public Works, Public Safety, Planning and Land Use, Neighborhoods and Community Enrichment.
Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public policy and economics from the University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining the CD12 team, Josh worked at a prominent public affairs firm, but as a native of the Twelfth District, he is proud to serve the community that raised him. When Josh isn’t at City Hall, you can find him catching a Dodgers game with his dad, Steve, or hiking the beautiful trails around Los Angeles.
